Academy trained Painter and Artist WILL NATHANS will be guiding students through this in-depth and accredited Atelier training. Students complete a series of projects designed to measure their progress and mastery of precise techniques. This Atelier programme is recognised by the Art Renewal Center.

The ARC also runs the ARC Salon Competition, which is the largest and most prestigious competition in the world for realist artists painting, sculpting and drawing today with eleven categories and thousands of works competing, culminating in a live exhibition of many of the winning works.

A unique opportunity for young artists serious about advancing their skills, this four-day Atelier Experience offers an immersive introduction to the traditional techniques of drawing and painting.

Guided by academy-trained painter and artist Will Nathans, students will focus on classical drawing methods, working from life to develop a strong foundation in observation and technique. The course includes cast drawing and portrait painting from life, providing an invaluable experience for those eager to refine their artistic practice.

Inspired by the 19th-century French Atelier tradition, this approach mirrors the training of some of history’s greatest painters, offering a structured yet enjoyable way to build essential skills. With expert tuition in a supportive setting, students will gain both technical knowledge and confidence in their craft.
