Tours
Guided tours can be booked online via our website or at the entrance desk upon arrival.
Tours typically last around 50 minutes.
Unfortunately, prams and buggies are not permitted on House Tours due to the delicate interiors. We are happy to store them during your visit.
We do not have a self-guided Tour option at this time.
Audio guides are currently not offered, but our friendly guides provide in-depth insights during Tours.
Parklands
Yes, our Parklands have accessible routes suitable for wheelchair users. See our Accessibility information here.
Yes, Russborough is dog-friendly, but dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
Yes, we have designated picnic areas where visitors can enjoy their meals.
Bicycles are not permitted on walking trails but can be used in designated cycling areas.
Activities include the Maze, woodland walks, and visiting the Walled Garden.
House
Non-flash photography for personal use is allowed inside the House.
Due to the historic nature of the building, wheelchair access is limited to certain areas. Please contact us in advance for assistance.
For preservation purposes, we kindly ask that visitors do not touch any items inside the House.
No, food and drinks are not permitted inside the House.
Currently, Tours are offered in English. We offer written version of our Tours in the following languages; French, German, Spanish & Italian.
Café
The café offers a variety of light meals, baked goods, and beverages, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Dogs are not permitted inside the Café but are welcome in outdoor seating areas.
The café operates on a walk-in basis; reservations are not required. For group bookings please email cafe@russborough.ie
