Russborough is run by a dedicated team committed to preserving its history, managing its operations, and ensuring a warm welcome for all who visit. Our executive team oversees the estate, supported by staff across administration and front of house, including receptionists, tour guides, retail, and housekeeping. Gardeners and security officers complete the Russborough team.

Conservation & Restoration
At Russborough House and Parklands, conservation and restoration are at the heart of what we do. We work closely with expert conservation architects to ensure that the authenticity of this historic estate is preserved, using old maps, diagrams, photographs, and original plans as our guide. Every detail, from the grandeur of the house to the charm of the estate, is carefully retained and restored to reflect its original splendour. Our goal is to maintain every element in excellent condition, offering visitors the opportunity to see and admire the estate as it was meant to be experienced—timeless, authentic, and beautifully preserved.
